Food was provided to families receiving the state allowance "Үй-бүлөгө көмөк," as well as to those in difficult life situations, people with disabilities, and low-income citizens.

Each of the 300 families received a food package that included:
- 5 kg of flour;
- 10 kg of pasta;
- noodles (kitlap);
- 5 liters of vegetable oil.

The food packages were distributed across four districts of Bishkek and handed over to social development departments, from where each box was collected by 75 families from each district.
