By the instruction of Mayor Aibek Junushaliev, those affected by the fire on Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue received immediate assistance. This was reported by the press service of the city hall.
All affected individuals were accommodated at a temporary base with the necessary living conditions provided. 50,000 soms were transferred to 22 families from the mayor's reserve fund.
The city hall noted that compensation for lost apartments is regulated by law and is carried out through state insurance mechanisms. Among the affected, five apartments are insured, and their owners will be able to receive compensation according to established norms.
Deputy Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva and the head of the Pervomaisky District, Sarylbek uulu Ulan, held meetings with residents, explaining the procedure for further accommodation, receiving assistance, and interacting with government agencies.
Currently, various support options for the affected families are being considered. Issues related to accommodation, additional assistance measures, and interaction with state structures, including the State Mortgage Company, will be discussed in due course.
