In Bishkek, the championship in artistic gymnastics took place at one of the sports and health complexes, attended by Deputy Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva. This information was disseminated by the press service of the mayor's office.
At the competition, 126 young gymnasts born in 2014, 2015, and 2016 are performing, representing various sports schools and clubs in the capital.
Victoria Mozgacheva, opening the competition, noted in her welcoming speech that artistic gymnastics is one of the most elegant and expressive sports. She wished the participants confidence, inspiration, and great success both at the city level and on the international stage.
The aim of this event is to support children's sports, identify talented gymnasts, and enhance the training level of young athletes. The championship program includes individual performances in various types of artistic gymnastics, and group programs are planned for the second day.
