The message about the return of the hotel "Kerme-Tuu" and the adjacent land plot of 2.35 hectares to municipal ownership was received from the Ministry of Agriculture.
According to the information, the decision was made after the lawsuit filed by the Regional Administration for the Naryn region of the Land and Water Supervision Service was satisfied, which was supported by the prosecutor's office of the city of Naryn.
During the proceedings, violations related to the Land Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the Law "On Municipal Property" dated March 15, 2002, No. 37, and the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic were identified.
The court rulings confirmed the claims for the return of the hotel "Kerme-Tuu" and the land plot to municipal ownership, thereby protecting the rights of the city of Naryn to this property.
