Since the launch of the "Social Contract" project in 2022, initiated by President Sadyr Japarov, 48,557 contracts have been signed with families. This information was announced in the program "Elden Sobol" by Zhalyn Toktosunov, a specialist from the Employment Promotion Department of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to Toktosunov, women, especially from rural areas, make up the majority of program participants — 94.2%. The main areas where families receive social assistance include agriculture, manufacturing, services, and animal husbandry.

Families that were the first to sign social contracts have already achieved stable financial positions. Their monthly income amounts to at least 30,000-35,000 soms.

"According to our data, this year, 14 families have managed to earn over 1 million soms. They not only secured jobs for themselves but also created over 51,000 new jobs, thereby improving the living conditions of more than 203,000 citizens within the framework of this program," added Toktosunov.
