In January 2026, the average monthly salary in Kyrgyzstan amounted to 45,797 soms, which is 16.1% higher than in the same month of the previous year. This data was provided by the National Statistical Committee. Taking inflation into account, the real salary increased by 6.3%.
Salary growth is observed in all sectors of the economy, but the most significant increases were noted in the following industries:
- Administrative and support activities — an increase of 49.4%
- Healthcare and social services — a growth of 35.8%
- Energy (gas, electricity, and steam supply) — an increase of 30.5%
- Professional, scientific, and technical activities — an increase of 27.8%
- Real estate transactions — a growth of 23.1%
- Agriculture, forestry, and fishing — an increase of 25.3%.
