This event was organized in accordance with the decrees of the President of Kyrgyzstan regarding additional measures for the comprehensive study and popularization of the epic "Manas" and its trilogy, which includes "Semetei" and "Seitek," as well as decrees on national tradition and the spirit of the people.
As a result of this competition, two preschool institutions received tickets to the regional festival: "Akjar Sezimi" (Akkelete) and the kindergarten named after A. Kurmanaliev ("Tengir Uulu Er Manas").
