On March 21, memorial events will be held in Bishkek dedicated to the birthday of the outstanding poet, playwright, and translator Alykul Osmonov. This was reported by representatives of the National Union of Writers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the organizers, at 09:30 a memorial prayer will be read at the poet's monument in the Ala-Archa historical and memorial cemetery. Then, at 10:30, an evening of remembrance will be organized at the house-museum of Alykul Osmonov, where guests will be able to hear his famous works.
The organizers of these events are the National Union of Writers of the Kyrgyz Republic in cooperation with the A. Osmonov State Memorial Complex.
