As reported by the presidential representative's office, on March 20, the Eid prayer took place in all districts of the region in honor of the Orozо Ait holiday.
Amanakan Kenzhebaev, the presidential representative in the Osh region, visited the central mosque "Imam at-Tirmidhi," where he conducted the prayer and congratulated the residents and guests on the holiday. He stated: "Dear residents of the Osh region, dear compatriots! I congratulate you on the holiday of Orozо Ait, which is sacred for all Muslims. Ramadan is a sign of peace, patience, and harmony. May your fast, observed for thirty days, be accepted. May the Almighty grant our land peace, our people unity, and our country prosperity. I wish abundance and happiness to every family. Happy Orozо Ait!"
According to the press service of the Osh region's Internal Affairs Department, all festive events took place in a calm atmosphere.
Over 1,000 police officers were deployed to ensure public order and safety on the roads. According to law enforcement agencies, no serious violations were recorded.
The Internal Affairs Service continues to monitor order in places of mass celebrations to protect citizens.
