As part of his working trip to the Talas region, Erlis Akunbekov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, participated in festive events dedicated to Nowruz in the Aitmatov district. This information was announced by the press service of the ministry.
During the visit, the minister got acquainted with the work of the breeding farm "Kushayin," located in Talas. He noted the positive results in the development of animal husbandry, as well as the improvement of breeding qualities and increased productivity.
Currently, this farm has 24 dairy cows of the Simmental breed, one bull, and calves. The daily milk yield is 480–500 liters, with a fat content of up to 4%. These figures confirm the success of the farm's operations.
Additionally, the minister visited the breeding farm "Botikov Mars," which is located in the village of Besh-Tash in the Talas district.
This farm represents a sustainable business project aimed at the development of agriculture, engaged in breeding livestock and providing conditions for comprehensive meat and milk production.
According to available data, the farm currently has 70 heads of beef cattle of the Angus breed and 31 heads of dairy cattle of the Holstein breed. These breeds are known for their high productivity, allowing for the production of quality meat and dairy products.
