The ceremony of laying the time capsule took place in Bishkek, marking the beginning of the construction of the cultural center "Manas". The event was attended by Kanaybek Tumanbaev, the chief of staff of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, who announced the start of work on the creation of the new complex.
A unique cultural facility is being built on a designated land plot of 2 hectares, which will contribute to the development of national culture and the preservation of historical heritage. In addition, the complex will provide comfortable conditions for holding events of various formats.
The total area of the building will be 6,681 square meters.
The completion of construction work is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. The "Manas" cultural center will operate as a self-sustaining facility, financing its expenses through its own income.
