The employees of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration, in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, thwarted an attempt to illegally employ citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation.
According to information from the Ministry of Labor, a mass recruitment of citizens for employment abroad without the proper authorization was organized at the address: Kadyrbay-Ata St., 1 in Bishkek.
As a result of the inspection, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the organizers under Article 95 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Offenses, concerning illegal activities related to the employment of citizens. Explanatory talks were also held with participants and organizers about the rules of legal labor migration and the opportunities for official employment abroad.
The Employment Center reminds that for the official registration of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic for work abroad, the corresponding authorization is required. Citizens are advised to check the legality of agencies on the website https://migrant.kg.
