According to data from a Turmush correspondent, the victim was placed in the Center for General Medical Practice in the Chui district.
Medical workers reported that on March 24, the man sustained a head injury in the traffic accident.
“The patient named A.T. was brought in with a traumatic brain injury. The doctors provided him with the necessary assistance and placed him in a ward; however, he left the facility without notifying the medical staff,” the statement said.
Neighbors in Orlovka suspect that this person is a local resident.
“His name is Azat, he is from Orlovka. His health condition was stable, but after a recent stroke, he started to fall ill frequently. His family is having difficulties communicating with him, and he often ends up in different places,” local residents reported.
