Residents of the Chui region expressed dissatisfaction regarding the difficulties in obtaining title documents for their land plots. This issue was addressed by the akim of the Chui region, Emilbek Abdykadyrov.

Turmush reported that on March 26, a meeting will take place in Tokmok with representatives of government bodies and local self-government, along with residents of the eastern part of the Chui region (Kemin, Chui, Issyk-Ata, and Alamudun districts). This event is organized under the instruction of President Sadyr Japarov to promptly address the population's issues.

According to Emilbek Abdykadyrov, the implementation of the presidential decree on land amnesty is currently in full swing. As part of this amnesty, 1,900 applications for the legalization of land plots have been submitted in the Chui region, of which about 80 are at the detailed review stage by a special commission.

The most serious problems are observed in the rural municipalities of Burana, Ibraimov, and Kegety, where over 50 plots with constructed houses have been recorded. However, their owners lack any title documents or initial decisions on land allocation. "The main difficulty is that there is no legal framework or archival decisions for the registration of these plots. We have contacted the prosecutor's office for support. If the supervisory authority recognizes these areas as lands of populated localities, then our specialists will be able to continue the process of document registration in accordance with the law," added the akim.
