In Bishkek, on Azhybek Batyr Street, a ceremony was held for the commissioning of a 9-story residential building, the construction of which took a whole decade. This information was provided by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Minister Nurdana Oruntaev presented the act of commissioning the new residential complex, which includes three blocks and is intended for 180 apartments. The address of the facility is: Bishkek, Azhybek Batyr St., 1/5, 1/6, 1/7.
The construction was carried out by the company "Vostok Stroy Invest," however, the commissioning process was delayed due to legal disputes with neighboring property owners regarding the land plot.
At a meeting with local residents, the minister emphasized that starting from 2025, at the instruction of President Sadyr Japarov, the ministry is actively working on resolving issues related to housing construction.
The absence of an official act of commissioning created difficulties for residents who could not register their apartments and faced problems in obtaining the necessary documents. Moreover, for many years they were forced to pay utility bills at higher industrial rates.
After the work carried out, all issues were successfully resolved, and the residential building was officially commissioned. This opens up the opportunity for residents to formalize ownership rights to their apartments, obtain the required documents, and use utility services at normal rates.
