The construction of this facility was carried out by the company "Vostok Stroy Invest," but for 10 years it could not be commissioned due to legal disputes with neighbors that arose amid disputes over the land plot.
Due to the lack of official commissioning, the residents of the building were unable to register their apartments in their own names and faced difficulties in obtaining title documents. Moreover, for a long time, they were forced to pay utility bills at industrial rates.
Now all issues have been successfully resolved, and the building has been officially commissioned. This opens up the opportunity for residents to formalize ownership of their apartments, obtain the necessary documents, and use utility services at established rates.
