On April 1, 2026, from 09:00 to 22:00, the water supply to residential buildings, educational institutions, kindergartens, medical facilities, as well as other social infrastructure and industrial sites will be temporarily suspended.
According to information provided by the city administration, the shutdown will affect the following areas:
- Lermontov, Auezov, Sh. Baatyr, Kolbaev streets, and the TETS-Tokmak canal;
- Alamedin microdistrict and the Builders' Town.
The reason for the temporary shutdown is the reconstruction at the "Kadjisay" water intake and the upgrade of the city's water supply networks.
