As a result of corrupt actions during the purchase of special equipment in the At-Bashi rural district located in the Naryn region, the state budget incurred losses amounting to 5 million 363 thousand soms, reports the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to available data, in April 2025, a tender was announced for the purchase of a new garbage truck and a crane-manipulator. The winner of the tender was LLC "V.", with which a contract was signed for a total amount of 10 million 863 thousand soms. The received special equipment was handed over to the management of MP "At-Bashi Tazalyk".
An examination conducted after the completion of the tender revealed that the chassis number of the garbage truck was forged, and it was established that the vehicle was equipped with parts manufactured in 2019 and had a repainted cabin.
