Asian Cup Qualifiers (U-17) in Bishkek: Kyrgyzstan Lost to Yemen, Scoring an Own Goal

The youth national team of Kyrgyzstan in football failed its debut in the qualifying tournament for the Asian Cup (U-17).

The Group B competitions are taking place in the stadiums of the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek.

In their first match, which took place on November 22, the Kyrgyz footballers faced the team of Yemen at the Dolon Omurzakov Stadium, finishing the match with a score of 0:2 in favor of the opponents.

In the 56th minute of the game, Artem Potorochin unfortunately scored an own goal, and in the 87th minute, the Yemen team took advantage of another mistake by the Kyrgyz, increasing the score to 2:0.

In the next round, which will take place on November 24, the Kyrgyzstan national team will play against Pakistan.
