Kyrgyzstan (U-17) to Host 2026 AFC Cup Qualification in Bishkek

The Kyrgyzstan national team (U-17) will participate in the qualifying matches for the 2026 AFC U-17 Asian Cup, scheduled to take place from November 22 to 30, 2025. The matches will be held at the Dolen Omurzakov Stadium and the "Alga" Sports Complex in Bishkek.

In the qualifying tournament, the Kyrgyz team will be placed in Group B, where it will compete against five other teams. All of Kyrgyzstan's matches will take place at the Dölön Ömürzakov Stadium:

November 22, 15:00 - Kyrgyzstan vs Yemen

November 24, 19:00 - Kyrgyzstan vs Pakistan

November 26, 19:00 - Guam vs Kyrgyzstan

November 28, 19:00 - Laos vs Kyrgyzstan

November 30, 15:00 - Kyrgyzstan vs Cambodia

The team began its training process on November 12 under the guidance of Austrian coach Alexander Bauer.

In addition to the sporting events, the qualifying games will be accompanied by entertainment activities and concerts, and entry to the matches will be free.

A total of 38 teams are participating in the qualifiers, divided into 7 groups. As a result of the tournament, 7 teams will earn the opportunity to participate in the final stage of the U-17 Asian Cup, which will be held in May 2026 in Saudi Arabia. 9 teams that represented their countries at the 2025 World Cup have already secured their places in the finals.
