This year, 14 teams participated in the tournament, competing for the title in two rounds. The final matches of the 26th round took place from November 7 to 9.
At the renovated "Yntymak Arena" in Karakol, the local club "Bars" faced "Talant" from Bishkek and won with a score of 2:1. This success allowed the Karakol team to accumulate 61 points and become the champion of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the tournament rules, the champion gets the opportunity to represent Kyrgyzstan in the AFC Challenge Cup next season. However, according to AFC standards, a club cannot participate in international tournaments if it is less than two years old. "Bars" was founded at the end of 2024.
Last season, the new club "Arkadag" from Turkmenistan became the champion and performed successfully in the AFC Challenge Cup, winning it and earning the opportunity to play in the second Asian Champions League.
In second place in the championship was "Muras United" from Manas. This team was at the top position for a long time but could not maintain its lead, drawing with "Özgön" (1:1).
"Muras United" made its debut in the AFC Challenge Cup this season as the holder of the Kyrgyzstan Cup and managed to advance to the playoffs, with matches scheduled for March 2026.
The bronze medals were won by "Abdysh-Ata," a multiple champion of the country. The team from Kant was again vying for the title but could not defend it.
The club "Dordoy" had chances for the championship title throughout the season, but ultimately ended up without medals, conceding a decisive goal in the match against OshMU in the 90+6 minute.
The top five teams were rounded out by "Alai" from Osh, which also led the table at certain points during the season.
Earlier, the league management made a decision that no team would be relegated from the Premier League at the end of the season.
Additionally, the number of teams will increase to 16 next season. It is known that one of the newcomers will be "Toktogul," which secured this right based on its performance in the National League.
