AFC Challenge League. Football clubs from Kyrgyzstan played their second matches

Yesterday, the football teams of Kyrgyzstan played their second matches in the Challenge League organized by the Asian Football Confederation. This information was confirmed by the press service of the Kyrgyz Professional Football League.

The club "Abdysh-Ata," competing in Group A, played in Bhutan and suffered a defeat against "Al-Shabab" from Oman with a score of 1:2.

Recall that in the first match, the team lost to the Turkmen club "Altyn Asyr" by a narrow score of 0:1. The next match for "Abdysh-Ata" is scheduled for October 31 against "Paro" from Bhutan.

As for "Muras United," playing in Group C in Bishkek, they achieved victory over "Al-Safa" from Lebanon, finishing the match with a score of 2:0.


In the first round, "Muras United" drew with the Tajik club "Regar-TadAZ" (0:0). Next Saturday, October 31, the team will meet "Al-Arabi" from Kuwait.

It should be noted that 12 teams are participating in the group stage of the tournament. Four clubs, including three group winners and one team with the best performance among the runners-up, will advance to the playoffs.

The AFC Challenge League is the third most significant club tournament in Asia.
