In the football match Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan, "friendship won."

The footballers of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan faced each other for the tenth time. Traditionally, victories were claimed by the subjects of Rahmon, but this time everything was different. After previous matches against Bangladesh (3:1 in favor of KR) and Australia, and drawing with the Jordanian team, the KR team led in the first half with a score of 1:0. After the break, the Tajik team seized the lead and made up for the deficit with a score of 1:2. Defeat seemed inevitable, but towards the end of the match, the players of RT committed a foul, and Kyrgyz forward Anton Zemlyanukhin fell in the opponent's penalty area. The referee then awarded a penalty kick, which ended in a goal from Zemlyanukhin, equalizing the score as time expired in the match.
Despite the fact that the Kyrgyz national team held third place in the group with five points, the head coach of the republic's team, Alexander Krestinin, expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome of the match after it concluded.
- The game was good at the beginning and the end, but it was a failure in the middle. There are still chances. I am personally curious as to why the team played a different style of football in the middle of the match than what was stated. We conceded a ridiculous goal. It looks like a kindergarten, not adult football. We are disappointed with the result and the quality of play, - he noted at the press conference following the match.
Tajik team player Farhod Vosiyev was also dissatisfied with the result. He received a red card for arguing with the referee after the match concluded.
It is worth noting that the match against Tajikistan is not the last: Kyrgyzstan still has to play a home match against Bangladesh. It will take place next Tuesday, October 13.
