Igor Kudrenko has been appointed as the head coach of the youth national team of Kyrgyzstan (U-17), as reported by the Kyrgyz Football Union.

It is claimed that Kudrenko is a highly qualified specialist with extensive experience in Kyrgyz football.

He holds an AFC "A" license and a coaching diploma from FIFA. For many years, he worked in the coaching staff of the national team of Kyrgyzstan under the leadership of Alexander Krestinin, significantly contributing to the team's achievements. In 2017, under his guidance, the Kyrgyz national team (U-23) won a tournament in Indonesia. Kudrenko has also held positions as technical and sports director in the Kyrgyz Football Union, which indicates his deep understanding of the football system.

At the club level, his career includes coaching roles with the teams "Dordoi," "Bunyodkor" (Tashkent), "Lokomotiv" (Tashkent), and "Bars" (Karakol).

Now the new coach will focus on preparing the team for the qualification for the Asian Cup, which will take place from August 29 to September 6.
