Judoist from Kyrgyzstan Wins Bronze at the Open Masters Games 2026

At the Open Masters Games-2026, held in the United Arab Emirates, Kyrgyz judoka Dastanbek Nurmanbetov won a bronze medal in the category for athletes over 30 years old.

According to information provided by the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nurmanbetov began the competition with a victory over a representative from Jordan in the first round. In the second round, unfortunately, he lost to an athlete from Uzbekistan. However, in the third round, he managed to secure a victory over an opponent from Kazakhstan, which ensured him a final third place in the tournament.
