On March 5 of this year, a series of matches for teenagers under 18 began in the sports hall "Energetik" of the specialized children's and youth sports school.
The competitions involve teams of boys and girls from the cities of Bishkek and Osh, as well as from all seven regions of Kyrgyzstan.
The goals of the championship include:
- promoting volleyball among youth;
- identifying the most talented athletes to form reserves for the national teams;
- creating opportunities for experience exchange between teams of different levels.
18 teams are participating in the competitions: 9 for men and 9 for women.
