




The Kyrgyz Football Union has organized a seminar dedicated to scouting. Participants have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with modern approaches to finding and evaluating players, as well as to gain practical skills in match analysis and identifying talented footballers.
According to the KFU, the seminar includes match screenings of the Talents Cup tournament and individual Q&A sessions with experts.
The seminar is led by Richard Allen, a specialist from England who is a FIFA expert in efficiency improvement and scouting. He has extensive experience working with clubs such as RB Leipzig, Queens Park Rangers, and Tottenham.
It is noted that this event will significantly enhance the qualifications of local specialists and contribute to the development of the player selection system in the country.
The seminar began on March 22 and will last until March 25.
