On the night of March 28, an exciting match took place in Tashkent between Akzhol Makhmudov and Olympic champion Nao Kusakanu as part of the international wrestling tournament PWL 11.
The Japanese wrestler started the match with a strong advantage, leading 6:1 in the first part of the bout.
However, Kyrgyz athlete Akzhol Makhmudov did not give up, demonstrating excellent techniques on the mat and ultimately won by a score of 19:6.
This match was the third between the two athletes, and as a result of their encounters, Akzhol Makhmudov leads 2:1 in victories.
