Water is more valuable than gold.
What is more precious
In the good old days, by the shore of Lake Altyn-Kul, there lived a khan. He was very, very rich. The khan had a lot of gold, but he lacked the most important thing — drinking water. Desperate, the khan turned to God and asked Him to turn all the gold into water.
Since then, it has been believed that water is more precious than gold.
Lightning

A puddle, rain, and wind argued about who lived their life better.
— They consider me dirt, but I live longer than the others, — said the puddle.
— And even the mighty ancient trees bow before me, - boasted the wind.
— But after me, greenery appears everywhere and life begins, - said the rain.
At that moment, thunder rumbled above their heads, and a huge shining lightning split the sky in half. All three fell silent in reverence...
One can live a long and colorless life, one can bend trees and tear roofs off houses, or drizzle like rain. But only lightning is born and dies in an unforgettable brilliance.
Seasons

A curious boy asked his father why he always makes him work in spring. To which the father replied:
- Because spring comes only once a year. If you miss spring, you lose a year. Spring is the time for action, summer is grace, autumn is the time to gather the fruits, and winter is the time when you consume what you sowed in spring and harvested in autumn. That’s why it is said that one day of spring can feed an entire week in winter.
Inevitabilities

The grandson gathered many different flowers on the pasture and brought them to his grandfather. The elder sat thoughtfully, admiring nature, and the grandson asked:
- Grandfather, what is the inevitability of fate?
The flowers growing in the field will inevitably wither; the child playing with toys may one day become an old man; every life has its inevitable end, - the old man replied thoughtfully.
