Peak of Semenov-Tian-Shansky — a mountain peak in the Central Tian Shan in Kyrgyzstan.

The highest point of the Saryjaz ridge (5816 m). It rises above the valley with the North Inylchek glacier.

The peak was named after Pyotr Petrovich Semenov, who explored the Central Tian Shan in 1857.

The peak poses significant challenges for climbers;

The main summit of the Dzhungar Alatau - the Semenov-Tian-Shansky peak - can be ascended via three routes. The easiest of them is along the northern snow ridge from the namesake pass. The average steepness is 40–45 degrees, difficulty level – 2B according to the classification. The second route leads along the southern, heavily eroded, rocky ridge. Difficulty level – 3A–3B according to the classification. The third route is along the western rocky ridge, which is bordered on the north by glacier No. 148. The approach to the ridge is easier from the plateau of glacier No. 148. The climbing difficulty is 2B–3A according to the classification. Yarmolaev I.N.
