According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Construction, inspectors from the Jalal-Abad regional office of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department conducted an inspection at the construction site of a kindergarten for 140 places, located at 52 Abyshova Street in the Toktogul district.
During the inspection, it was established that the work on the layer-by-layer compaction of the soil has been completed, and currently, the leveling of the construction site is underway.
According to the official schedule, concrete work was supposed to begin in January 2026. However, at this time, the contracting organization has not yet started pouring concrete, indicating a significant delay from the planned deadlines.
As a result of the inspection, acts of violation of the contract conditions and construction schedule were drawn up. The contractor was given a written warning demanding to promptly eliminate the delays and accelerate the pace of work.
According to the Ministry of Construction, the contractor is the company "Kaanbak-Stroy."
