As a result of recent explosions at oil storage facilities in Iran, dangerous toxins have entered the atmosphere, which may settle on the ground with rain. This warning comes from ecologist Anara Sultangazieva, who informed the Kabar agency about the potential threat to human health.

“The black smoke in the atmosphere will return to the ground in the form of precipitation, which poses a danger to flora and fauna. It can cause respiratory problems in people and provoke various diseases. The situation remains extremely critical, and the international community must respond to this issue, regardless of the causes of the explosions,” the ecologist emphasized.
Meanwhile, during a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh Committee on Agricultural Policy, Ecology, and Regional Development, Deputy Mahabat Mavlyanova highlighted the importance of monitoring the impact of chemical emissions from the explosions on Central Asia.
