The Perm Krai of Russia has increased timber exports to Kyrgyzstan sixfold

The statistics presented by the Rosselkhoznadzor indicate that the Perm Krai of Russia has significantly increased the volume of timber exports to Kyrgyzstan, increasing it sixfold.

In recent months, there has been active development of economic ties between the Perm Krai and the countries of Central Asia.

From January 1 to December 23 of the current year, the republic imported 12.37 thousand cubic meters of timber, including coniferous and deciduous species, as well as wooden products. For comparison, during the same period last year, the volume of supplies was only 2.05 thousand cubic meters.

All exported products underwent mandatory phytosanitary control. Laboratory tests confirmed that the wood and products made from it do not contain quarantine organisms and fully comply with the requirements of the importing country, as noted in the agency's reports.
