Electricity imports from Russia decreased by 3.1 percent in Kyrgyzstan

According to data presented in the study by the Kazakh holding "Samruk-Energo," Kyrgyzstan has reduced its electricity imports from Russia. These results were collected based on statistics for the period from January to September 2025.

As a result, the volume of electricity supplies from Russia decreased by 3.1 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. The total amount of incoming electricity was 244.9 million kilowatt-hours, provided by the Russian holding "Inter RAO."
