According to the National Statistics Committee, in September, Kyrgyzstan reduced gasoline imports by 4.5 times compared to August. In August, the import volume was 38 million 465.1 thousand liters, while in September this figure dropped to 8 million 465.1 thousand liters.

In the first nine months of the current year, the republic imported 569 million 192.7 thousand liters of gasoline worth $259.6 million.

This year, 80 million 908.4 thousand liters of gasoline worth $37.7 million were imported from Kazakhstan, as well as a small amount from Belarus.

It is worth noting that there is a rise in fuel prices in Kyrgyzstan, which is related to problems at Russian oil refineries.
