At a recent meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic 'On Investments in the KR'" was approved in the first reading.
The proposal came from the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Mederbek Tumanov, the draft law was developed to eliminate legal contradictions. The new version of the document will contribute to a more accurate reflection of the current legislation and ensure compliance with the principles of legal regulation in the field of investments.
