At the meeting of the Committee on Finance, Budget, Entrepreneurship, and Competition Development of the Jogorku Kenesh, a draft constitutional law titled "On the Issues of Transferring the Profit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" was reviewed and unanimously approved.
The proposal to develop this draft law was made by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan.
First Deputy Minister of Finance Ruslan Suynaliev presented the details of the draft law.
The main goal of this draft law is to increase the revenues of the state budget by transferring 100% of the profit of the NBKR to the republican budget based on the results of 2025. This will ensure funding for important social expenditures and, accordingly, improve the socio-economic situation in the country.
