During a joint meeting of the committees of the Jogorku Kenesh dedicated to the first reading of the draft law "On the Republican Budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and the planned period of 2027-2028," the First Deputy Minister of Finance Ruslan Suynaliev reported that in 2026, the total volume of republican resources will amount to 694.4 billion soms. He also noted that in 2027, it is planned to be 688.9 billion soms, and in 2028 — 716.8 billion soms. Thus, there is a steady growth in the total volume of the republican budget.
Suynaliev added that the expected republican budget for 2026 is 551.2 billion soms, and by 2028 it will grow to 641.6 billion soms. In particular, budget revenues in 2026 compared to 2025 will increase by 28.1%, in 2027 — by 7.6%, and in 2028 the growth rate will be 8.1%. Overall, from 2026 to 2028, revenues will increase by 16.4%.
Ruslan Suynaliev also pointed out the growth of budget expenditures: in 2026 they will reach 550 billion soms, and in 2028 — 589.3 billion soms, however, all these expenditures will correspond to the financial capabilities of the budget.
