According to this resolution, the Ministry of Finance will allocate 132 million 929 thousand 200 soms from the republican budget for 2025 for the following needs:
- 19 million 239 thousand 200 soms will go to the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations,
- 113 million 690 thousand soms will be directed to the National Academy of Sciences under the President.
The Ministry of Finance has been instructed to take these changes into account when preparing the draft law "On Amendments to the Law on the Republican Budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2025 and the Planning Period of 2026–2027." The ministry must also inform the relevant committee of the newly elected Jogorku Kenesh about the progress of implementing this resolution.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations and the National Academy of Sciences are mandated to ensure the targeted use of the allocated funds.
