
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has approved a temporary ban on the export of coal for a period of six months. The resolution was signed by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The ban applies to coal classified under codes 2701 and 2702 of the EAEU Customs Tariff and concerns cargo exported by road transport, with the exception of the mentioned checkpoints.
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers, and the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security have been instructed to carry out all necessary actions in accordance with this resolution.
This decision will come into effect three days after its official publication.
