According to the press service of the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovations, various innovative ideas and startups developed in different regions of the country were presented at the concluding event.
High-ranking officials participated in this event, including the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Edil Baisalov, who heads the Interdepartmental Commission for the Selection of Innovative Startups, as well as the Deputy Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovations Kemel Sadikov and other commission members representing ministries, agencies, and civil society.
As a result of the presentations, eight of the best ideas were selected, and their authors were awarded certificates.
Among the best innovative initiatives:
- Ilkhomjon Ismailovich Asanbaev — "Inclusive Technologies";
- Baatyr Joroevich Akmatov — creation of a small enterprise for the production of the thermal generator "EFI";
- Alessia Igorevna Vdovkina — "The Path of a Compassionate Mother";
- Kanat uulu Ulan — digital platform AiDos.
Best startups:
- Oomat Azamatovich Toromamatov — automated system for the production and distribution of seedball buttons;
- Gulzhan Zulumbekovna Samieva — AFC Center;
- Ernist Aydarali uulu — hydroponics;
- Guljamal Chormonovna Samatova — production of national products made from processed wool and leather, as well as training youth in craftsmanship.
During the award ceremony, Deputy Minister Kemel Sadikov noted that the project "40 districts - 40 initiatives" is being implemented by the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovations in accordance with a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers. He emphasized the importance of supporting and developing innovative initiatives created in the regions and wished the participants success in implementing their projects.
According to the Ministry of Science, in 2025, 209 applications were submitted from various regions of Kyrgyzstan. After preliminary selection, 30 projects were chosen in areas such as manufacturing, services, agriculture, education, IT, tourism, and raw material processing. The final featured 20 projects that underwent an acceleration program.
Under the project's conditions, winners in the "Innovative Initiative" category receive a cash prize of 500,000 soms, while winners in the "Best Startup" category receive 1 million soms.
