During the meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, which deals with agricultural policy, ecology, and subsoil use, the Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Food Industry Bakyt Torobaev shared information about the readiness for the upcoming spring fieldwork.
He noted that the reserves of fuel and lubricants amount to 40.4 thousand tons of diesel fuel and 9.7 thousand tons of gasoline. These types of fuel are available in sufficient quantities at gas stations.
“In addition, through the State Material Reserves Fund, farmers are provided with 7 million tons of diesel at a price of 74 soms per liter. This year, we do not expect any problems with the supply of fuel and lubricants,” Torobaev added.
