The local budget revenues of Bishkek reached 30.6 billion soms

The data on the local budget revenues of the capital over the past five years show an increase of 22.1 billion soms, which corresponds to a 3.6-fold increase. This statement was made by the first deputy mayor of Bishkek, Mirlanbek Baigonchokov, at the final meeting of the city hall.

According to him, this trend indicates a significant strengthening of the financial base and an improvement in the financial capabilities of the city's budget. By the end of 2025, the actual revenues of the local budget amounted to 30.6 billion soms, exceeding the revised plan by 3.8%, which is 1.1 billion soms more than planned.



Tax revenues amounted to 20,363.1 million soms, which corresponds to 105.4% of the plan, or 1,036.6 million soms more than the planned level. The growth rate of actual tax revenues compared to 2024 was 122.5%, equivalent to 16,626.0 million soms, increasing by 3,737.1 million soms compared to the previous year.

Additionally, non-tax revenues amounted to 2.9 billion soms, while targeted transfers totaled 7.3 billion soms.
It should be noted that today, at the "Tunguch" theater, the final meeting of the Bishkek city hall was held under the leadership of the chairman of the cabinet of ministers - head of the presidential administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, dedicated to the results of the socio-economic development of the city for 2025 and the determination of tasks for 2026.
