The Creative Industries Park (CIP) summarized the results of nearly two years of work: the revenue of residents exceeded 2 billion soms

The Director of the Creative Industries Park (CIP), Kanyshay Mamytova, presented the results of nearly two years of work, noting that the number of residents increased from 155 in 2025 to 165 by the end of January 2026. The park was founded in April 2024, and the first applications began to be processed in June of the same year. The first reports from 21 residents were submitted in the third quarter of 2024, with total revenue of 43.5 million soms.

Over time, the revenue of the residents significantly increased: in the IV quarter of 2024, it amounted to 151.6 million soms, in the I quarter of 2025 — 171.6 million soms, in the II quarter — 281.4 million soms, in the III quarter — 516.1 million soms, and in the IV quarter of 2025 — reached 915 million soms. As a result, the total revenue for the entire period exceeded 2 billion soms.

Kanyshay Mamytova emphasized that along with the growth in revenue, the number of jobs created by the residents also increased. In the III quarter of 2024, 80 jobs were created, in the IV quarter of 2024 — 158, in the I quarter of 2025 — 300, in the II quarter — 379, in the III quarter — 565, and in the IV quarter — 707 jobs.

“The increase in revenue and jobs demonstrates the effectiveness of the benefits provided by the CIP. Our residents save on taxes, create new jobs, and develop products,” she noted.

Mamytova also reported on the progressive increase in the number of residents: from 21 in the III quarter of 2024 to 155 in the IV quarter of 2025, and by the end of January 2026, their number stands at 165. Among the residents, there is a significant number of newly established companies and individual entrepreneurs. According to her data, about 50 out of 155 residents are new individual entrepreneurs or companies that started their activities thanks to the CIP regime.

As an example, the director mentioned two YouTube creators with over 2 million subscribers each. Previously, they worked as individuals, and their YouTube income went directly to their accounts. However, upon learning about the CIP, they decided to register in Kyrgyzstan and become residents of the park.

This indicates that the CIP attracts not only domestic but also international companies. Of the 155 residents, more than 20 have foreign participation, including companies from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Russia, Poland, and Malaysia.

According to Mamytova, in the future, the CIP intends to focus not only on the domestic market but also on attracting large foreign companies.

The director also reported on the growth of tax revenues from residents: in the III quarter of 2024, they paid 1.5 million soms, in the IV quarter — 3.6 million soms. In the I quarter of 2025, the tax amount was 7.1 million soms, in the II quarter — 9.7 million soms, in the III quarter — 16.8 million soms, and in the IV quarter — 23.4 million soms.

Mamytova explained that the main savings for creative companies lie not only in revenue tax but also in income tax and social contributions, as a large part of expenses in this sector is employee salaries.

Additionally, residents are required to transfer 1% of their revenue to the CIP quarterly, which ensures the functioning of the directorate.

Mamytova also spoke about the support for creative industries. In 2025, the CIP became an official partner of the Create 4 program. Since April 2025, the CIP Support Fund has been launched, which allocates monthly grants for projects of creative companies and entrepreneurs. The total amount of grants exceeded 1.3 million soms. In November 2025, the first regional competition for creative products, CreaPark 2025, was held with a prize fund of 600,000 soms. She added that the CreaPark 2025 conference took place with the participation of well-known creators from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Russia.
