Against the backdrop of changes in exchange rates, the official values of most currencies showed an increase compared to the som. The most noticeable changes were demonstrated by the Russian ruble and the Kazakh tenge. At the same time, the Chinese yuan and euro slightly increased in value, while the US dollar remained at the same level. This data is provided by the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan and exchange offices in Bishkek.

US Dollar:

Official exchange rate of the NB KR: 87.45 soms (no change).

Average exchange rate in exchange offices: buying — 87.35 soms, selling — 87.78 soms.

Euro:

Official exchange rate of the NB KR: 103.7594 soms (increase of 0.02 percent).

Average exchange rate in exchange offices: buying — 103.15 soms, selling — 104.13 soms.

Russian Ruble:

Official exchange rate of the NB KR: 1.1371 soms (increase of 0.37 percent).

Average exchange rate in exchange offices: buying — 1.127 soms, selling — 1.158 soms.

Kazakh Tenge:

Official exchange rate of the NB KR: 0.1777 soms (increase of 0.79 percent).

Average exchange rate in exchange offices: buying — 0.1541 soms, selling — 0.1853 soms.

Chinese Yuan:

Official exchange rate of the NB KR: 12.658 soms (increase of 0.01 percent).

Average exchange rate in exchange offices: buying — 12.2 soms, selling — 12.7 soms.
