US dollar exchange rate:
- The official rate according to the NB KR is 87.45 soms (unchanged).
- In exchange offices, the average rate: buying — 87.37 soms, selling — 87.8 soms.
Euro exchange rate:
- The official rate from the NB KR: 103.0555 soms (an increase of 0.41 percent). This is the record value of the euro for December.
- The average rate in exchange offices: buying — 102.49 soms, selling — 103.48 soms.
Russian ruble exchange rate:
- The official rate from the NB KR: 1.1118 soms (an increase of 1.61 percent).
- The average rate in exchange offices: buying — 1.104 soms, selling — 1.132 soms.
Kazakh tenge exchange rate:
- The official rate from the NB KR: 0.1714 soms (an increase of 0.94 percent).
- The average rate in exchange offices: buying — 0.1486 soms, selling — 0.1814 soms.
Chinese yuan exchange rate:
- The official rate from the NB KR: 12.4426 soms (an increase of 0.13 percent). The Chinese currency has once again set a record for annual value.
- The average rate in exchange offices: buying — 12.5 soms, selling — 13 soms.
