By April 1, legal entities and government officials must submit a unified tax declaration

The State Tax Service reminds that the deadline for submitting the unified tax declaration for legal entities, as well as for state and municipal employees, is April 1.
According to information from the STS, the following categories must fill out and submit the declaration:

– enterprises registered in the country, except for those funded from the budget and having no tax liabilities for property tax for the reporting period;

– foreign companies operating in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic with the establishment of a permanent representative office;

– state and municipal employees;

– members of the Judicial Selection Council, as well as representatives of the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums and the Board of the National Bank.

In addition, the tax service emphasizes that individuals and sole proprietors must submit their tax declarations by May 1.
The declaration can be submitted in electronic format through the taxpayer's personal account on the website Cabinet.salyk.kg.
The declaration must reflect information about income and expenses, as well as data on economic activities, real estate, land plots, and amounts of taxes paid for the reporting period.
