

In the Osh region, in the Aravan district, farmers have begun harvesting their first crop of Chinese cabbage. According to information provided by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, the total area sown with the crop is 30 hectares, and four varieties of cabbage are being grown here. Currently, the harvest of the earliest variety, "Bosai," is underway.
So far, 45 tons of cabbage have been exported to Russia. The product is of high quality: the average weight of a head of cabbage ranges from 1 to 3 kilograms.
Farmers predict that the total harvest this year will reach 450 tons, part of which will also be directed for export.
