The Ministry of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy announced the temporary suspension of Nurbek Talantbek uulu, the director of the Kyrgyz National Theater "Manas."
On December 9, information about a conflict among the manaschi in this theater appeared on social media. In connection with this, the ministry decided to create a special commission to investigate the circumstances and conduct an objective assessment of the situation.
Until the investigation is completed, the theater director will remain in a suspended status.
After the completion of the review, the ministry promises to provide additional information.
