Anyone wishing to participate can do so, provided they are no older than 30 years. The jury will determine the winners. The preliminary round of the competition and the awards ceremony are scheduled for December 1 at the National Theater "Manas."
The competition consists of two stages:
- In the first stage (preliminary round), participants must present an excerpt from the epic, lasting between 10 to 15 minutes. The top 10 participants will advance to the finals;
- The second stage involves a performance on a free topic with the recitation of an excerpt from the epic lasting 15-20 minutes.
